The entire content included in our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images or non proprietary code is considered copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other international copyright laws, and is the property of our company as A Maps & Graphics Co., dba amaps.com, officewallmap.com and mapstoprint.com. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with our company or purchasing our products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless through express permission has been authorized by us. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary materials or portions thereof downloaded from our site.

The download images on the “mapstoprint” portion of our website are released for in-house, limited publication or website use, and they are not shareware. If maps are needed for mass transmission, broadcast, reproduction, publication, for resale or other means of distribution then you are required to contact us for express permission. Please note that in any case you are required to include our company name and (c) copyright notice on the digital image, video or print. We appreciate your attention and compliance concerning our intellectual property.

Warranty, Disclaimer and Security

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided as is and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, our company includes amaps.com, officewallmap.com and mapstoprint.com and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of our intellectual property unless with express authorized written permission.

The company as sites amaps.com, officewallmap.com and mapstoprint.com does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the defects will be corrected immediately. Also that the hosting companys servers that make the site and ecommerce platform available are free of malicious components at all times. However we have been assured that all reasonable efforts are made, monitored and kept up to date by those service providers.

Any orders or personal information placed on or entered into our website only operate through certified A-1 rated, secure, up to date SSL encrypted servers that are PCI compliant. Due to the misleading warnings certain internet platforms see fit to post above valid web sites, our entire site now has SSL certification as well. (Incidentally, regular static internet web pages such as a home page, that do not contain forms to enter information do not need or require secure socket layer encryption. This is regardless of any alert or notice you might see that an entity such as an  internet browser or what used to be a search engine may post at the top of a web page near a site's domain address. This alert is easily misleading, as if an entire website is not secure.)

The sites amaps.com, officewallmap.com and mapstoprint.com. do not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site or our products in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, timeliness, reliability or your opinions of their usefulness. Thousands of business customers over many years shows much evidence of general opinion that our products are useful.

So of course while nothing is perfect, if you find a major error, update or omission such as an important highway, and where there is obvious space available to include it on the map, kindly let us know and we will make the correction and replace your map at no charge. This being the extent of our guarantee or warranty. Not all smaller cities or towns can be labeled for clarity reasons, but if you want to suggest a town that is of importance to a specific area and needs to be shown, feel free to request and we will probably add it upon your suggestion. We cannot replace your map based on it missing a smaller town, suburb or CDP that may not be shown or labeled, but depending on significance, at our discretion, we may offer you a substantial discount for an updated map. Also in the event that for your specific purpose there are a couple towns that you must be sure are included, labeled or highlighted on your map, just send an email request with your order, and we can see that they are shown and/or add them in for you, usually at no charge or for a very minimal fee.

Returns

As maps are considered reference materials, in most cases are non-returnable, unless it is not the product you ordered or otherwise incorrect by our mistake. Any custom map, which includes a map printed with your title or company logo, specific custom area covered, or custom layers of data included, added or removed cannot be returned once the electronic proof provided to you has been approved, without correction by you, and your map has been printed. This is why a final proof should be checked by you and at least one more person if possible. Two (2) proofs are generally provided with a custom order at no charge, and of course additional changes, additions and subsequent  proofs will result in additional nominal charges.
If a standard map without any customization does not cover the area you require, or in the event it contains a major omission or one that affects your intended use, then at our discretion it may be exchanged for another, corrected and reprinted to suit your needs. If the replacement does require customization then your original purchase cost will be credited in full toward the cost of the new created version, provided the original map is returned in unused condition.

Website Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, or is not available, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price before it is corrected on the site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order has to be cancelled, we will issue a credit to your account in the full amount charged. We will always make every effort to try to accommodate a solution or replacement for you.

Limitation of Liability

The websites amaps.com, officewallmap.com and mapstoprint.com. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered on this site, or the performance of the services and products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company represented as sites amaps.com, officewallmap.com and mapstoprint.com., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from late delivery by UPS, Fedex, USPS or any other shipping provider, from inaccuracies or omissions, or from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Term & Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing any registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be modified or terminated by our company without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive any termination.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form concerning our site or business, including e-mail, chat, or by use of offensive, obscene or abusive language, is just uncalled for and rude. Impersonation of others, including our employees, hosting company or representative, any government agency or celebrity as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
